Order Delivery
Orders submitted outside our working hours (9 AM–7 PM) or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please note that delivery timelines are approximate, and delays may occur, especially during promotional events, sale periods, or public holidays. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as your unavailability to receive the order or a request to postpone delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure availability for receiving the delivery. Our couriers will attempt to contact you up to three times to schedule a delivery time slot; if unsuccessful, your order may be canceled.
Address Changes & Tracking
Our Customer Care team is available to assist you in updating your preferred delivery date and address if needed. However, once you receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, address changes will no longer be possible.
