www.keauty.ae is owned and operated by Bulk Mart FZ-LLC, trading as Keauty ("Keauty"), for its own benefit and the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries (together "we", "us" or "our"). Bulk Mart FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with commercial license number 45005976. 

By using the website, you agree to abide by the Terms of Service, along with any other applicable terms, including the website Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. These terms collectively govern your relationship with us. We may update these Terms periodically to improve our services, and we'll notify you of any changes through email, on-site notifications, or other reasonable methods. However, it’s your responsibility to review the Terms before using the website or our services. If you do not agree to the terms, you must stop using the website. Continuing to use the website means you accept the current version of the terms.

When you place an order for products or services on our website, you are agreeing to the latest version of the terms available at the time of your order. If a legal change requires us to update the terms after you've placed an order but before it’s accepted, you acknowledge that the updated terms will apply. In all other cases, the terms that were in place when you made the order will apply.

Prohibition on Commercial Use

We reserve the right to reject orders involving unusual quantities or where we suspect commercial use by the purchaser. Additionally, we may take any necessary actions, including legal measures, against violators.

Pricing Errors & Order Invalidity

KEAUTY makes every effort to ensure accurate pricing; however, inadvertent errors may occur. In the event of a pricing mistake—manual, technical, or otherwise, KEAUTY reserves the right to cancel any affected orders, even after confirmation and payment. If an order is canceled due to such an error, a full refund will be issued promptly, and  KEAUTY shall bear no further obligation to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.

An order confirmation, whether automated or manual, does not constitute a binding contract. KEAUTY retains the right to rescind acceptance and cancel an order at its sole discretion in cases of pricing inaccuracies, stock discrepancies, or system errors. Customers will be duly informed of such cancellations, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

KEAUTY shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pricing errors, including but not limited to loss of opportunity or inconvenience. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that KEAUTY may cancel and refund any order affected by erroneous pricing without further obligation.

Stock Availability

Items in your website basket are not reserved until your order is fully paid and accepted by us. The website (or our call center) may provide information about item availability; however, this information is only an estimate and may not be current at the time of your order due to the high volume of transactions on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item shown as in stock when added to your basket will still be available when you complete your order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes 

We may provide promotional codes for customers, which can be applied at checkout when placing an order on our website. Each promotional code is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you. Offers and discounts associated with promotional codes may vary, so please review the applicable terms carefully.

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be used in combination with other offers, discounts, sales, or promotions unless otherwise specified. Additionally, some products or brands may be excluded, and the discount will not apply at checkout if the item is ineligible, even if the code is entered. Promotional codes are intended for your personal use only and should not be shared with others unless explicitly authorized by us.

Payment

When placing an order using a payment card that processes transactions in a currency different from the one applicable at checkout, the payment will be subject to the exchange rate set by your card issuer at the time of processing. Your bank or card issuer may also impose additional fees for processing the payment.

We currently accept the following payment methods for orders placed on our website: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and, where available, cash on delivery. Store credit may also be applied to purchases, provided the applicable conditions are met. Payments will be processed at the time you place your order, except for cash on delivery (where applicable). Cash on delivery is currently offered for orders up to 3000 AED, provided the items in the order qualify.

By entering your payment details on our website, you confirm that you are authorized to use the specified payment method for the purchase. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability if we reasonably believe the payment method was unauthorized, cannot be validated or verified, or if there is suspected illegal or irregular activity related to the payment.

Damaged Goods and Wrong Items

If an item in your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, within 5 days of delivery. Upon verifying that the item was indeed damaged, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable original delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and duties. Alternatively, at your request, we can replace the faulty item and deliver a new one to you free of delivery charges.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective item, some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Details about the warranty can be found in the product packaging, inserts, or accompanying documentation. No Implied Warranties

Unless stated otherwise in these Terms of Service or required by applicable law, we do not make any promises, representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding any aspect of the products sold on the website. This includes, but is not limited to, merchantability, suitability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. Any use of products purchased from the website is at your own risk, and they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

All product descriptions on our website are believed to be accurate at the time of publication, and we strive to represent products as accurately as possible. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between us regarding your use of the website and any purchases made by you through the website. These Terms supersede and take precedence over all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
